Acupressure

It is based on the same principles as acupuncture, but instead of using needles, acupressure utilizes firm pressure applied with the fingers, thumbs, or specialized tools to stimulate the body's natural healing abilities.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a form of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) that involves inserting thin, sterile needles into specific points on the body, known as acupuncture points or acupoints. This practice is based on the concept of balancing the body's vital energy, or "Qi" (pronounced "chee"), which flows through pathways called meridians. According to TCM, when Qi is blocked or out of balance, it can lead to illness or pain. Acupuncture aims to restore the proper flow of Qi, thereby promoting physical and emotional well-being.
